1. What will be the biggest challenge for the next generation of female leaders?
I think one of the biggest challenges is broadening society’s perception of what a good leader looks like. It’s important we continue to empower and enable women in their career growth because really, we want to see their talents and leadership.
2. What does a good leader look like to you?
To me, it’s defined by behaviors, such as the ability to influence, motivate, mentor, and lead people through transformation. It is through empowerment and enabling women in their career growth where we will begin to bridge the gender inequality gap.
